ONE ESSE builds the proof and energy infrastructure for a world that can no longer afford unverifiable sustainability claims.
ONE ESSE develops infrastructure — not applications. Two independently deployable physical systems and a multifaceted data layer that operates within them and as a standalone service across every sector that needs sustainability proof.
Physical Infrastructure
01
Urban Infrastructure Node
An integrated cyber-physical node producing food, water, and clean energy within a single deployable unit — independent of external supply chains, operating at district scale year-round.

02
Node
Hybrid Energy Infrastructure
Solar generation, battery storage, and EV charging in a single deployable structure — grid-interactive, off-grid capable, Battery Passport compliant by design.
Learn more
ONE ESSE integrates five systems — controlled environment agriculture, closed-loop water management, hybrid renewable energy, a verified data layer, and AI-assisted control — into a single, pre-assembled, rapidly deployable unit.
It operates independently of external supply chains. It produces food year-round, circulates water without waste, generates and stores clean energy, and documents every resource event as a structured, auditable record from the moment it occurs.
Every resource it produces, it also proves.
Controlled Environment Agriculture
Year-round, weather-independent fresh food production. Leafy greens, medicinal plants, microgreens. No soil, no seasons, no supply chain.
Closed-Loop Water Management
Collect → filter → disinfect → return. HVAC condensate recovered. Target: 80% reduction versus conventional agriculture.
Hybrid Renewable Energy
Solar generation, battery storage, and grid connection. Off-grid capable. Optional EV charging. The entire unit powered from within.
Verified Data Layer
Every production, water, and energy event captured as a structured, tamper-evident, DPP-ready record at the moment it occurs.
AI-Assisted Control
Data-driven optimisation, approved by operators. The system recommends. Humans decide.
ONE ESSE Node integrates solar generation, battery storage, and EV charging into a pre-assembled, rapidly deployable structure. It operates on-grid, off-grid, or in hybrid mode — adapting to any site condition.
What distinguishes it: every energy event is automatically structured as a Battery Passport compliant, DPP-ready record. The compliance layer is not added to the system — it is the architecture.
From February 2027, every EV battery above 2 kWh entering the EU market requires a digital passport. ONE ESSE Node is designed for this requirement from the ground up.
Solar Generation
Photovoltaic canopy generates clean energy at the point of use. Grid-independent primary supply. Self-consumption optimised.
Battery Storage
Modular storage captures daytime generation for evening peak. Powers off-grid operation and provides energy resilience.
EV Charging
Multiple charge points per Node. Solar-first logic. Every charging session logged as a verified, Battery Passport compliant energy event.
Energy Passport
Carbon footprint per kWh, lifecycle documentation, and DNSH compliance output — automatically, from day one of operation.
Data & Proof Layer
03
Proof Infrastructure · B2B
Proof system for production, consumption, and energy — every sector. Turns sustainability claims into verifiable, auditable sustainability passports aligned with EU regulation.
Learn more
04
Compliance Layer · Infrastructure-Embedded
DNSH-compliant sustainability reporting embedded in physical infrastructure. Monthly audit trails, ESG outputs, and EU taxonomy-aligned records — the layer that makes clean infrastructure financeable.
Learn more
VERIFIED™ is the infrastructure layer between what organisations assert about their sustainability and what they can structurally prove. It operates within ONE ESSE as its native data layer — and independently as a B2B service for any sector.
Every claim is ingested, matched to evidence, scored for coherence, and output as a DPP-ready record. Contradictions nullify claims — they do not reduce them. No partial credit for false claims.
From September 2026, unsubstantiated green claims are a market access violation under ECGT. VERIFIED™ is the infrastructure that closes this gap — not by declaring compliance, but by engineering it into every record.
Claim-to-Evidence Mapping
Every assertion structurally connected to the evidence that substantiates or refutes it — laboratory data, certifications, sensor records, operational logs.
Digital Product Passport Output
DPP generated to ESPR and GS1 standards — native output, not exported or reformatted. ECGT-aligned from September 2026.
QR Sustainability Passport
Any stakeholder — regulator, buyer, consumer — accesses the full evidence record via QR code. Proof is public by default.
Sector-Agnostic Core
Food, energy, manufacturing, textiles, construction — the same proof architecture, any sector where green claims must be substantiated.
Verified Lite is DNSH-compliant sustainability reporting embedded directly into physical infrastructure. It generates monthly audit trails, ESG outputs, and EU taxonomy-aligned documentation — without additional reporting overhead for operators.
It is the bridge between ONE ESSE's physical systems and the green financing frameworks — institutional lenders, grant bodies, and EU taxonomy-aligned capital markets — that increasingly require documented evidence of compliance, not self-reported assertions.
Do No Significant Harm
Automated documentation across all six EU taxonomy environmental objectives. Ready for institutional lenders and public procurement from day one.
Monthly Audit Trail
Structured, tamper-evident records of infrastructure performance — energy generation, water use, carbon — delivered monthly in audit-ready format.
EU Taxonomy Alignment
Documentation structured to meet EU taxonomy technical screening criteria — the language that green bond markets, EIB, and national development banks speak.
Infrastructure-Level Reporting
Reports at infrastructure level — not product level. Designed specifically for the compliance needs of physical system operators, not product manufacturers.
The transition to a sustainable economy is not failing because solutions don't exist. It is failing because the infrastructure to verify, trust, and scale them is missing.
What the planet faces
Urban food systems are fragile — dependent on supply chains spanning thousands of kilometres, invisible to the cities they serve.
Renewable energy infrastructure sits disconnected from the spaces where it is most needed — and from the data that would make it valuable.
Sustainability claims are made everywhere across production and consumption — and verified almost nowhere.
Physical infrastructure and data infrastructure operate in silos. Impact cannot be measured, reported, or financed.
What ONE ESSE builds
Integrated food-water-energy nodes that produce locally, circularly, and verifiably — eliminating dependence on fragile supply chains.
Hybrid renewable energy infrastructure deployable at urban scale — clean generation, storage, and electric mobility in one unit.
A proof system that converts every production and energy event into a verifiable sustainability record — not a claim, a document.
A compliance layer that bridges physical infrastructure and EU green finance frameworks — making impact legible to capital.
ONE ESSE systems deploy across diverse urban and peri-urban contexts — wherever verified sustainability infrastructure, clean energy, and proof of impact are simultaneously required.
01
Urban parks, public squares, and district infrastructure renewal. Low civil works requirement. Verifiable sustainability data for city reporting.
02
Living lab model — real production, real research, real regulatory data. Relocatable as campus priorities evolve.
03
Traceable fresh production for clinical nutrition. Reliable clean energy. Closed-system hygiene control throughout.
04
Autonomous food and energy supply deployable within hours. No external infrastructure required. Disaster zones, temporary sites, off-grid locations.
